SERVICE SCHEDULE

1. Support and maintenance would be served in the working hours. However, whenever necessary, it might also be served outside this schedule upon an agreement.

2. Any case received will be responded within a determined period, the response might be not the final solution that will be scheduled later.

Pricing

1. All prices exclude taxes VAT (PPN), include PPh 23

2. All prices are FOB Jakarta

 

Payment

1. Payment 100% of total

2. Invoicing upon Purchase Order

3. Payment terms Invoice + 15 days.

4. Cost of additional mandays number should in the maintenance and support period requires an additional maydays number to complete the maintenance process, therefore the excess of maydays will be charged to the second party of IDR 3.500.000 per maydays used.
