Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement brand activation strategies.
2. Plan and manage promotional events.
3. Analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, brand awareness).
4. Create innovative experiential marketing ideas.
5. Ensure projects align with budgets and timelines.
6. Collaborate with teams, agencies, and event organizers.
7. Build and maintain industry and community relationships.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in brand activation or event management.
3. Strong understanding of promotions and experiential marketing.
4. Proficient in tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
5. Skilled in project management, budgeting, and coordination.
Qualifications
1. Creative and innovative in driving engagement.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Analytical mindset for campaign evaluation.
4. Broad network in industry or communities is a plus.
5. Experience with creative agencies or event organizers.
6. Skilled in Canva/Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
7. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
